Request complete deletion of your account and data
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Stair King account and all associated data, please send an email to:
In your email, please include:
- •The email address associated with your Stair King account
- •Your display name in the app (if known)
- •Subject line: "Stair King Account Deletion Request"
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- ✓Your account profile (email address and display name)
- ✓All your stair climbing activity logs and history
- ✓Your leaderboard entries and rankings
- ✓Your organization memberships and associated data
- ✓Any achievements or badges earned
Data Retention
After your deletion request is processed:
- •No personal data is retained. All data associated with your account is permanently deleted from our systems.
- •Backup deletion: Your data will be removed from our backup systems within 30 days.
- •Irreversible: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Processing Time
We will process your account deletion request within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
